Recently we have been hearing on the news how Dogs can indeed come down with a virus that has been caught from a person (human).  This is something that I believe has always been the case.  However, now that it is being acknowledged by the media, I can address it.

When I heard this on the news the other night, it got me wondering, how can I boost my dog’s immune system?  If my dog has the chance to pick up a virus, I want to be armed with the knowledge of how to boost their immune system.  So, I researched on the internet.

One of the top recommendation by the experts was to use Oils.  This is not the only recommendation, however, it made it into top 10 pet health care tips.  The oil that I am talking about is an Omega 3 Essential Fatty Acid.  Dogs can not get Omega-3-Fatty-Acids from their day-to-day food and it must be added as a supplement.

Naturally, I would be looking for one that is natural and safe for my dog to take and I found one here.   The added benefits of dogs taking Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs) are:

  • More energy
  • Healthy skin and coat
  • Active immune system
  • Healthy joints & nervous system

And more.
